📋 Description

• Provide care within the Oncology Service Line • Support Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and the Outpatient Infusion Center • Participate in care coordination with City of Hope Phoenix for complex or rare cancer cases • Collaborate with Nurse Navigators, Clinical Oncology Pharmacists, Certified Mastectomy Fitter, Registered Dietitian, Social Worker, Genetics Specialist, and Lymphedema Specialist • Contribute to Northern Arizona Healthcare’s growth, transformation, and innovation • Help maintain the organization’s reputation and build its brand

🎯 Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant qualification • Oncology experience or knowledge is implied by the Oncology role, but no explicit experience requirement is stated • Ability to provide high-quality, cost-effective, and convenient patient care • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary oncology team
