📋 Description

• Own the company-wide operating system that turns strategy into coordinated execution • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to determine priorities, move decisions and commitments forward, and maintain alignment across functions • Run leadership meetings, company planning, business reviews, and two to three company offsites annually • Translate strategy into priorities, decisions, owners, and milestones; track actions through closure • Connect dependencies across functions and support explicit investment trade-offs • Build and run intake and prioritization processes for company-level and cross-functional initiatives • Define business cases, funding decisions, performance gates, and investment criteria with Finance • Partner with People/HR on organization design, headcount, contractor, and capability planning • Maintain visibility into demand, capacity, cost, and resource trade-offs • Assess and improve tools, data, processes, and operating infrastructure • Establish ownership and standards, improve adoption and data quality, automate recurring work, and retire redundant tools and processes • Own the company OKR process, scorecards, dashboards, definitions, data hygiene, and review cadence • Track priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes • Use operational and financial data to identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and recommend action • Drive critical cross-functional programs when focused ownership is needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role • Direct partnership with executives at a high-growth technology company • Track record of building company operating cadence, planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution systems • Fluency in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, resource allocation, and performance metrics • Experience evaluating and improving business systems and tools across functions • Familiarity with CRM, BI, planning, and collaboration platforms • Demonstrated cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People/HR • Experience with demand and capacity management across competing priorities • Experience owning an operating budget and vendor portfolio • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Experience in a venture-backed startup is strongly preferred • Familiarity with security, identity, or SaaS is a plus • MBA is a plus, not required
