• Teach 25-minute, one-on-one online English lessons to children ages 5–12 • Deliver engaging lessons using Nao Now's structured curriculum • Apply age-appropriate inquiry-based and student-centered teaching approaches • Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, communication, and independent thinking • Connect classroom conversations to real-world topics and students' interests • Support students in expressing their ideas clearly and confidently in English • Create a positive, supportive, and interactive virtual learning environment • Provide thoughtful lesson feedback after each class • Maintain a professional, energetic, and encouraging on-camera presence
• Native English speaker • Bachelor's degree or proof of current enrollment in a bachelor's program • Experience working with children ages 5–12 • Familiarity with International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes and teaching approaches • Strong understanding of student-centered and inquiry-based learning • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Minimum 10 teaching hours per week • Availability Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM–10:00 PM KST • Minimum 3-month commitment • Consistent weekly availability • Reliable wired internet connection with minimum 60 Mbps • Quiet, professional teaching environment • Headset, preferably noise-cancelling • Wired ethernet connection • Stable internet connection • Professional, distraction-free workspace • Reliable webcam and headset • Access to a U.S. bank account or Wise international transfers for payments
