📋 Description

• Design training programs for new hires and existing team members. • Develop training material, facilitate training, and conduct readiness assessments. • Use innovative teaching methods to engage trainees. • Focus on data entry and reporting functions across business units. • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvements. • Partner with management to assess team member productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. • BS/BA degree in biology or health science or equivalent years experience. • At least 0-2 years of related industry and functional experience strongly preferred (e.g., in Customer Experience, Clinical Data Reporting or Clinical Data Entry for a biotech). • 1 year of experience in functional leadership (e.g., Lead in related functional areas) and/or training preferred. • At least 2 years experience designing and delivering training programs in a live or virtual setting.
