📋 Description

• Communicate with Shipping, Sample Accessioning, Customer Support, and lab teams. • Assist with data collection for internal projects and abstracts. • Participate in team meetings. • Coordinate student rotation schedules. • Review incoming referrals and request additional documentation/clarification. • Track sample collection kits and answer patient questions. • Update internal databases regarding test development progress. • Collect transfer and pregnancy outcome data. • Assist genetic counselors with questions from clinics and support. • Coordinate record release requests from patients. • Maintain training on Natera requirements and pass a criminal background check.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma (required). • BA/BS in biology, allied health, or science related field (strongly preferred). • Consideration for candidates pursuing a four-year bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years professional work experience in biotech, life sciences, or related industry.
