📋 Description

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology healthcare providers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within a defined territory. • Deliver accurate, balanced, and clinically relevant education on Natera’s oncology molecular diagnostics and clinical data. • Execute against territory plans aligned to Medical Affairs priorities with speed and agility. • Identify and communicate field insights, including oncology treatment trends, unmet clinical needs, and competitive dynamics. • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely, compliant, and scientifically rigorous manner. • Support execution of Medical Affairs initiatives, including advisory boards and medical education programs. • Maintain an expert understanding of oncology disease states, clinical data, and the evolving diagnostics landscape. • Collaborate across teams with commercial and clinical functions to ensure organizational alignment for patient care while maintaining absolute scientific integrity. • Ensure all field activities are strictly compliant with company policies and external healthcare regulations. • Support and coordinate clinical trial and research initiatives at academic institutions and regional study sites. • Maintain ownership of field execution by accurately tracking territory engagement and documenting actionable clinical insights. • Travel 60-70% across the territory for clinical engagement and conferences. • Adapt quickly to emerging scientific and clinical needs across the oncology portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced healthcare or scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.N.P.), with a minimum of a Master's degree required. • Prior Medical Affairs or MSL experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred. • Must reside within the assigned territory.
