📋 Description

• Establish and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders within a defined territory • Deliver accurate, balanced, and clinically relevant education on Natera’s oncology products and data • Deliver territory plans aligned to Medical Affairs priorities • Identify and communicate field insights, including treatment trends, unmet needs, and competitive dynamics • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely, compliant, and scientifically rigorous manner • Support advisory boards and medical education programs • Maintain understanding of disease states, clinical data, and the evolving oncology landscape • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D • Maintain medical independence and strict compliance with a patient-centered approach • Support and coordinate clinical trial and research initiatives at academic institutions and study sites • Meet assigned metrics and document field visits, insights, and research opportunities • Travel extensively as required

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree required • Advanced healthcare/scientific degree preferred (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., D.N.P.) • Diagnostic, IVD, or device experience preferred • Must live within the assigned territory: North Texas, Arkansas, Omaha • Ability to work remotely while maintaining a strong teamwork ethic • Ability to make evidence-based decisions quickly • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, interpret, and convey complex scientific information • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (over 60%) • Ability to complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
