📋 Description

• Schedule and determine methods for blood collection. • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and manage paperwork for compliance. • Collaborate with customers and sales team for efficient ordering and reporting. • Oversee and coordinate patient care services for effective healthcare delivery. • Manage administrative tasks including patient records access and appointment scheduling. • Ensure compliance with CAP CLIA standards and legal regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience; oncology experience required. • BS/BA degree (preferred); High School Diploma (or equivalent) required. • Phlebotomy Certificate (as required by state regulations).
