📋 Description

• Shape the strategic direction and drive execution for company success in breast cancer • Drive commercial strategy and support execution of a strategic plan across academic and community oncology stakeholders • Lead the breast cancer lifecycle team in prioritizing indications and developing a roadmap to fill evidence data gaps • Integrate customer feedback, publications, data presentations, competitive intelligence, and market intelligence • Define value propositions and messaging frameworks for Natera’s oncology products in breast cancer • Provide commercial insights to optimize Signatera’s success in breast cancer • Partner with Market Access to support reimbursement dossiers for Medicare/MolDx and commercial payers • Develop KOL engagement plans and build thought-leader advocacy • Co-develop and co-execute advisory boards and conduct market research • Present strategic plans and progress to executive leadership • Report to the Senior Director/Head of Women’s Cancer Lifecycle Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred (MBA or PhD) • More than 8 years of experience in product marketing or market analytics at a pharmaceutical/biotech company • Breast cancer market experience strongly preferred • Previous KOL management experience preferred • Working knowledge of oncology molecular testing/biomarkers • Ability to lead without authority, influence, and inspire individuals • Proven strategic agility, enterprise mindset, and executive presence • Ability to collaborate across a broad range of internal and external partners • Strong customer orientation, particularly establishing thought leader relationships • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage and complete multiple projects • Availability during Pacific Time hours • Ability to work remotely from within the United States
