National Carwash Solutions is a provider of car wash equipment, branded cleaning chemistries, aftermarket parts and end-to-end services for car wash operators. The company designs and supplies hardware such as in-bay automatics, tunnel systems, vacuums, water treatment and detailing equipment, and supports customers with installation, a large direct service network, parts e-commerce, training and consulting. NCS serves single- and multi-site operators, petroleum/convenience retailers, fleets and other B2B customers, positioning itself as a full-suite partner for building, running and scaling car wash businesses.

📋 Description

• Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and site layout • Use Revit to develop designs for customers, certification agencies, local jurisdictions, and internal operations departments • Produce 2D and 3D project site drawings and renderings using BIM, AutoCAD, and cloud-based technologies • Analyze drawings to determine material schedules, equipment schedules, and material takeoffs • Work from technical specifications, customer and internal drawings, hand sketches, scanned images, Google Earth, government drawings, and general specifications • Consult with clients to determine requirements • Support the Sales team by producing professional drawing packets for bids and proposals • Support the Engineering team by producing submittal packets for certifications and permitting • Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions • Self-check work for completeness, accuracy, standards compliance, and manufacturability • Serve as a working point on Revit setup and standards for templates, families, shared parameters, and annotation standards • Evaluate and implement workflow improvements supporting documentation standards • Partner with design leads on content and library management • Comply with OSHA, EPA, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical design • Experience using Autodesk products, including Revit, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D • 3–5 years of relevant design/drafting experience • Exposure to Revit standards, templates, or firm-wide content management • Ability to interpret specifications • Ability to recommend design improvements • Ability to comply with company safety policies • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and walk • Ability to perform repetitive hand motions for grasping, pushing, pulling, or fine manipulation • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods • Ability to intermittently lift light to medium weight up to 75 lbs • Ability to intermittently bend and twist • Associate degree from an accredited CAD training program preferred but not required • Car wash or adjacent industry experience is explicitly not required
