📋 Description

• Initiate contact with clients who have requested a software demonstration • Schedule Zoom calls, coordinating between your schedule and the clients availability • Lead Zoom sessions using our advanced software to help clients assess their needs and choose the best program options • Provide top-tier customer service throughout the onboarding process, ensuring each client has a positive experience • Maintain organized records of client interactions and follow-up tasks • Collaborate with team members to continually enhance the onboarding experience

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Zoom, Microsoft Word, and Excel • Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of personal discipline • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize new software quickly • Experience in customer service or phone-based roles is preferred
