📋 Description

• Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decision-making • Work with team members to understand business needs and requirements • Identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement • Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations • Support ongoing business and technology projects • Gather information from different teams and organize it into clear requirements • Document processes and make recommendations for improvements • Collaborate with business and technical teams to keep projects moving • Take on new projects and responsibilities while growing in the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in a business, analytical, or related role • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong attention to detail • Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams • Comfortable learning new software and systems • Organized, dependable, and willing to ask questions and learn • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
