📋 Description

• Receive, assemble, install, adjust, fit, service, repair and deliver Complex Rehab Equipment according to National Seating & Mobility specifications • Access current manufacturer information and technological advancements for installations, repairs and part replacements • Perform advanced testing, diagnostics and servicing of client-owned, rental and loaner equipment • Clean and maintain NSM equipment • Set up, coordinate and maintain specialty control systems across the region • Lead and assist with training and onboarding Technicians at all levels • Promote Technical Service initiatives and report progress to leadership teams • Remotely diagnose systems and communicate resolutions using Technical Services Policies and Procedures • Train on assembly, installation, modifications, moldings, repairs and diagnostics across the NSM product portfolio • Use NSM enterprise software for order entry, labor capture, chair assembly and home access installation • Perform advanced electronic setup, programming and troubleshooting • Deliver, transfer and install NSM equipment while completing accurate documentation • Maintain customer satisfaction and relay customer feedback to appropriate personnel • Train customers and caregivers in equipment use, care and safety • Maintain delivery vehicle, repair shop and warehouse in clean and safe condition • Complete NSM Master Technician standard training curricula and Training & Leadership Program • Assume accountability for productivity and performance standards under Training Protocol

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate • Four years of experience in CRT or related fields • Experience in assembly and/or repair of mechanical or electronic devices • Must meet the Master Technician advancement criteria for Technical Services Skills Assessment • Knowledge of basic computer-related skills, including mobile devices, internet, e-mail and enterprise software • Previous experience using hand and power tools and working with raw materials • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to prepare, route and execute a delivery schedule • Ability to travel 50–75% • Endorsed for advancement by Branch Leadership or Regional Area Director through Technician Candidacy Program • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
