📋 Description

• Drive the implementation process from initiation through handoff to client services teams and operations • Collaborate with the implementation team on managing the project plan and client expectations throughout implementation • Lead client discovery sessions and create detailed workflow process diagrams and client standard operating procedures • Conduct technical requirements gathering for workflow and system design in client host systems, nimble platforms, clearinghouse, and third-party applications • Analyze client historical data to identify trends in AR, write-offs, cash per case, collectability, and other RCM KPIs • Create and execute detailed testing plans across all in-scope RCM functions • Create corrective action and remediation plans for failed testing results • Support production team members with subject matter expertise during post-go-live • Monitor inventory throughput post-go-live to assist with removing barriers to revenue recognition • Create or utilize project plans appropriate to implemented services/products • Facilitate and manage onboarding of complex clients • Meet and communicate with complex clients and adjust plans and approaches accordingly • Provide weekly and ad hoc project status reporting, including risks/issues and go-live date changes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of RCM operations experience with expertise in Accounts Receivable, Claims or Payment Posting • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in various client practice management systems • Advanced understanding of implementation process and revenue cycle process • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strategic and critical thinking • Strong organizational skills • Positive, proactive approach, with commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment
