đź“‹ Description

• Process invoices and claims payments for designated benefit plans, resolving vendor invoicing discrepancies • Assist with benefit plan audits and ensure premium and enrollment data accuracy • Support retirees and former staff with benefit inquiries involving medical, life insurance, pension, and 401(k) plans • Process life insurance claims for active and retired employees • Assist with annual open enrollment administration • Respond to employee inquiries through phone calls, benefits inbox, and Slack • Coordinate information for annual retirement plan audits • Administer recipient data in the recognition platform and maintain leadership reports • Ensure gifts are claimed promptly and maintain recognition gift stores • Assist with annual awards program administration and coordination • Research improvements to existing reward programs and development of new programs • Compile quarterly reward utilization reports for the executive team • Support compensation tool administration and compensation surveys • Assist with the annual merit and promotion process • Process compensation-related stipends • Audit and update compensation fields in the HR database • Maintain Compensation and Recognition intranet pages • Maintain the Total Rewards team Standard Operating Procedure guide • Perform other duties as assigned • Report to the Director of Total Rewards with no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of Total Rewards or HR experience • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work as part of a team • Experience with HRIS functionality • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
