📋 Description

• Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive hype, awareness, and adoption of new business product lines • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices • Lead and oversee reporting on the growth and health of social media communities • Develop and manage the content calendar across all marketing channels • Define and execute a best-in-class approach to community engagement • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics across all channels • Create and oversee the production of engaging long-form and short-form content • Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, writing, and campaign management • Expertise in running high-impact growth marketing campaigns for technical audiences and end consumers • Exceptional creativity and strong writing skills • Advanced knowledge of DeFi, crypto, blockchain, and Web3 technologies • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret marketing performance metrics • Experience in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software is a plus • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
