📋 Description

• Lead delivery and client engagement efforts on a group of strategic government contracts • Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with government partners and maintain agency-level situational awareness • Detect delivery, process, culture, expectation-setting, staffing, contract milestone, and financial risks and resolve them collaboratively • Engage clients continuously to understand their vision, meet or exceed needs, solve issues, and communicate progress transparently • Identify new opportunities and risks and grow the program through surge CLINs, option years, and subcontractor negotiations • Collaborate across projects and the organization to anticipate and solve delivery problems • Build delivery environments based on mutual trust between government partners and Nava's team • Scale efforts through project managers and functional delivery leads • Manage contracts and portfolio finances with the finance team and coordinate contract modifications • Set and uphold delivery excellence and client service standards • Apply Nava policies and guidance at the program level • Participate in developing and delivering company objectives and key results

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience overseeing delivery outcomes and client relationships for large-sized projects • Experience with custom software or cloud infrastructure programs/projects • Must work East Coast hours • Must be able to travel easily to Richmond, VA by direct flight, short connecting flight, train, or car • Experience working with or for state government agencies • Solid understanding of government contracting, compliance, and audit trails • Experience leading and growing agile development teams and managing projects at scale • Experience leading large-scale, complex projects, including milestones, dependencies, and integrations with significant risk, uncertainty, or scale • Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery • Adaptable problem-solving across organizations, processes, cultures, and technologies • Strategic approach to medium- and long-term delivery planning and contract management • Ability to maintain broader situational awareness beyond the immediate team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Ability to meet requirements for applicable government contracts • Work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future • May be subject to a government background check or security clearance • Must reside in one of the listed eligible states and work from the contiguous United States
