📋 Description

• Help clients find their dream home • Build and grow a real estate business and book of business • Work with high-intent buyer and seller opportunities delivered directly • Use proven systems to get clients under contract quickly • Close approximately 2–6+ transactions per month • Participate in coaching, mentorship, accountability, and weekly training • Collaborate within a supportive, high-performance team • Guide clients through real estate transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Real Estate License • New Agents and Experienced Agents are welcome • Coachable, driven, and motivated to succeed • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media • Wants to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business • Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required • Integrity, adaptability, initiative, determination and grit, responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
