📋 Description

• Help clients find their dream home • Receive and work hundreds of high-intent buyer and seller opportunities every month • Use proven systems to get clients under contract quickly • Build a strong and impressive book of business • Manage buyer and seller relationships through the real estate transaction process • Use CRM, e-signature, document management, and marketing tools • Participate in weekly in-person and virtual training • Work with leadership through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and hands-on guidance • Grow a long-term real estate business and pursue leadership opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Must have an active Real Estate License • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media • Coachable, driven, and motivated to succeed • Desire to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business • New Agents and Experienced Agents are Welcome • Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required • Integrity, adaptability, initiative, determination and grit, responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
