📋 Description

• Respond quickly to high-intent inbound Zillow leads • Build trust and long-term client relationships • Guide buyers and sellers through every step of transactions • Show homes and conduct buyer consultations • Present and negotiate offers, terms, and contracts • Help clients make informed decisions in a competitive market • Use Navigate's systems, CRM, and technology to stay organized • Track conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into closings • Leverage marketing, brand, and tools to grow the database and referral business • Stay current on market trends, contracts, and fair housing guidelines • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability • Deliver an exceptional client experience while growing production and business

🎯 Requirements

• Real Estate License (Required) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Confidence or willingness to grow in negotiation and presentation • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media • Coachable, driven, and motivated to succeed • Desire to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business • Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required
