📋 Description

• Primary administration and integration within our SaaS Enterprise Content Management (Document/Workflow) Suite • Ensure all environments are managed and maintained to meet service level agreements • Implement Security measures and access controls • Support change control and testing processes for modifications to application systems • Analyze system for overall performance and give recommendations for improvements • Provide responsive technical assistance and document configuration to support processes • Research and recommend innovative solutions for system administration

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required • 3 years’ working experience required • 5 years’ experience in Application and Server Administration preferred • Hands-on technical experience maintaining servers • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile framework • Working technical knowledge of networks, PCs and platform operating systems including Windows and Red Hat • Working knowledge of Scripting languages such as Shell Scripting, YAML, Bash, Python, PowerShell, Batch, OOP, HTML5, and CSS • Working knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, PostGres, and MongoDB • Knowledge of Application support methodologies and processes for various platforms
