• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy for Lumicera Direct, aligned with enterprise growth objectives, market expansion initiatives, provider engagement priorities, and business goals • Define the vision, priorities, and operating model for provider relations, account management, provider support, and provider engagement functions • Partner with the VP, Sales and Director, Provider Sales on initiatives driving provider growth, referral expansion, account retention, and long-term business performance • Serve as Executive Sponsor for key provider organizations, physician-owned clinics, health systems, and strategic provider partnerships • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with physician executives, practice owners, health system leadership, and key decision-makers • Lead executive business reviews with provider organizations to assess performance, identify opportunities, address challenges, and align growth initiatives • Develop and oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable recommendations to executive leadership • Act as the primary executive liaison between provider organizations and Lumicera leadership • Identify, evaluate, and develop opportunities increasing provider engagement, referral capture, service adoption, revenue generation, and market share • Analyze provider performance metrics, referral trends, market dynamics, and business intelligence to recommend growth strategies • Collaborate with pharmacy operations, clinical services, implementation teams, patient support services, and sales leadership • Develop and maintain CRM vendor relations and support vendor selection activities • Own departmental budgeting, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational investment decisions • Drive continuous improvement in provider satisfaction, operational efficiency, referral conversion, service excellence, and business performance • Provide executive-level reporting, market intelligence, provider insights, growth recommendations, and organizational performance updates • Serve as a pharmacist subject matter expert for specialty pharmacy services, provider engagement, referral management, patient access programs, and provider operational workflows • Represent Lumicera Health Services at provider meetings, executive forums, industry conferences, trade associations, and strategic partnership discussions • Travel up to 40% of the time • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree required • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the state of residence, or the ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months, may be required based on state of residence laws or client contracts • Advanced training or professional development in healthcare leadership, provider relations, or business strategy preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, account management, provider engagement, pharmaceutical sales, healthcare business development, or related healthcare leadership roles required • 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders of others, multiple business functions, and provider-facing teams in a healthcare environment required • 3+ years of sales leadership, leading sales teams and sales strategy required • Experience in growth, market expansion, account retention, referral development, and revenue-generating initiatives, including building new programs, expansion of services, and creating new capabilities required • Experience working with executive leaders to develop and execute strategic business plans, operational initiatives, and organizational growth strategies required • Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, provider workflows, referral management processes, reimbursement models, patient access programs, and healthcare delivery systems required • Experience utilizing CRM platforms, analytics, forecasting tools, and business intelligence reporting to drive decision-making and operational performance required • Proven success influencing executive stakeholders and translating provider insights into strategic business recommendations and organizational improvements required • Established relationships within specialty pharmacy, provider organizations, health systems, physician practices, and healthcare industry networks preferred • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
