📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists • Schedule and monitor staff and daily workflow • Develop employee skills, evaluate performance, and provide feedback • Oversee resolution of employee relations issues • Participate in hiring, training, and staff evaluation • Develop, track, and monitor compliance with quality, service, and production standards • Monitor task turnaround times to meet internal standards and client performance guarantees • Assist the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services in monitoring costs against cost goals • Address staff concerns and operational, system, customer service, quality, and professional issues • Work in production as needed • Implement programs and process improvements to enhance internal and external customer service • Analyze pharmacy operations and overall efficiencies with the Associate Manager, Pharmacy Services • Serve as an escalation point for issues requiring greater expertise or discretion • Represent pharmacy operations and service in cross-functional meetings and projects • Participate in continued quality improvement and quality meetings • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • Certified Pharmacy Tech certificate (CPhT) required when overseeing Intake Specialists • 2-5 years’ experience; previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel • Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Remote work is available only to residents of Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule
