📋 Description
• support strategic software platform implementation, process re-engineering and vendor application integrations • manage complex, cross-functional workstreams • partner with business and technology stakeholders • lead end-to-end project delivery • act as primary liaison between NB and external vendors • drive front-to-back operating model transformation • perform data analysis and support data conversion strategy • map current-state processes and systems to future-state solutions • manage project planning, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies • provide regular status reporting to stakeholders • oversee testing strategy and execution
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of project/program management experience • 4 years focused on financial services transformation initiatives • experience in software or vendor implementation projects • strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) • exceptional stakeholder management skills • bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field • PMP or Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master) certification preferred • proficiency in SQL, experience with Snowflake, Visual Studio, Claude CoPilot, and Python preferred
