📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance work, and system overhauls • Act as a first-line response to customers • Communicate with customers to identify and provide appropriate solutions • Organize and triage customer issues • Handle problems proactively before they occur • Complete formal NCR Voyix training to support customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the US • At least 18 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and familiarity with specific hardware and operating systems • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day • Availability for rotating and weekend shifts • Flexible shift work, including morning, afternoon, and evening start times and some holidays • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Willingness to be trained on and operate small-scale scissor lifts • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software (preferred) • A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification (preferred) • One or more years of related experience (preferred) • Employment offer conditional upon passage of applicable screening criteria
