📋 Description

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response at customer locations • Perform basic module-level troubleshooting and escalate issues appropriately • Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems • Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs • Complete NCR Atleos training and certifications • Diagnose ATM problems using error logs, the service app, and a company-provided cell phone • Perform minor maintenance and repairs on indoor and outdoor ATMs • Report work updates, details, and call closure information accurately and promptly • Maintain parts inventory and related records • Report hours worked and miles driven daily • Work on a call-by-call dispatch or daily schedule

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the US • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements • Reliable transportation for work purposes • Familiarity with operating an Android cell phone • Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including in inclement weather • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Proof of minimum automobile insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury per person, $300,000 bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 property damage per accident • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, overtime, and flex shifts • Ability to work outside during all seasons and potential exposure to the elements • High personal integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skills, and knowledge • Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly and work under pressure • Associate degree preferred • Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred
