📋 Description

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand as the first line of response at customer locations • Perform basic module-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary • Organize and plan work time effectively • Apply on-the-job training to resolve task-related problems in straightforward situations • Provide consistent and clear communication through the service app • Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs • Complete NCR Atleos-specific trainings and certifications • Diagnose ATM problems using error logs, service-app information, and a company-provided cell phone • Perform minor ATM maintenance and repairs indoors and outdoors • Accurately report work updates, call-closure details, hours worked, and miles driven • Maintain parts inventory and related records • Work at a variety of customer locations

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area • High School Diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the US • Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, skillset, and knowledge • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills quickly • Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements • Familiarity with and ability to use an Android cell phone • Ability to travel for several hours during the workday, including in inclement weather • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects • Reliable transportation for work purposes • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, and/or flex shifts • Ability to safely work outside during all seasons with potential exposure to the elements • Proof of minimum insurance coverage: $100,000 bodily injury liability per person, $300,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage liability per accident • Associate's degree preferred • Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment preferred
