📋 Description

• Provide temporary staffing support across the Mid-Atlantic region, with weekly-changing assignments • Obtain detailed patient medical histories • Consult with surgeons regarding patient structures at risk and monitoring modalities • Communicate monitoring information to surgeons and surgical teams throughout procedures • Display and label waveforms and calculate latencies, amplitudes, and conduction times • Identify appropriate protocols and troubleshoot to ensure accurate data collection • Complete documentation and prepare IOM logs, files, and timely uploads • Maintain neuromonitoring equipment and perform required maintenance checks • Travel regularly, primarily by car, including overnight travel for multiple days each week • Set up and transport intraoperative neuromonitoring equipment in operating rooms • Adhere to company and industry codes, policies, laws, regulations, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required • Valid US driver's license is required • Private transportation required • Operating Room (OR) experience preferred, but not required • Ability to transport and set up equipment totaling 50lbs • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to manage competing demands, frequent change, delays and/or unexpected events • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting • Communication in English with surgeons and surgical staff • Ability to handle regular travel • Able to travel overnight for multiple days each week • Ability to bend over, stand for several periods of time, and use visual and auditory skills and manual dexterity • Ability to wear gloves, masks, gowns, and goggles for extended periods • Must be qualified for and maintain privileges at all required hospitals, including applicable physical or vaccination requirements • Must be eligible for medical malpractice insurance coverage at standard rates • Must complete introductory and annual compliance training and maintain compliance knowledge
