📋 Description

• Own accounts payable and receivable, client invoicing, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation • Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow tracking, and forecasting to support leadership decisions • Review, redline, and manage client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and other contracts • Identify risks, coordinate negotiations, and oversee business compliance, insurance, and administrative requirements • Manage employee and contractor onboarding and offboarding, documentation, policies, and vendor management • Build and improve internal workflows, reporting dashboards, and operational systems • Identify inefficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and proactively implement scalable solutions • Work directly with company leadership and support the company’s growth • Help build systems and processes for a fast-growing creative business serving tech startups

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, finance operations, or similar roles • Experience at a fast-growing startup is a major plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment • Highly driven, adaptable, and willing to go above and beyond when needed • Extremely proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership • Ability to anticipate problems, take initiative, and drive solutions independently • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Ability to juggle competing priorities and consistently follow through • Experience reviewing and redlining contracts, identifying risks, and negotiating commercial terms is a strong plus • Familiarity with AI tools and eagerness to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and productivity • Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to work independently with leadership, employees, clients, and vendors • Must be based in the United States • Must be comfortable working late nights and weekends as needed • Must not require employment visa sponsorship, based on the application question
