📋 Description

• Create exceptional work across brand identity, visual systems, websites, campaigns, and launch experiences • Develop distinctive creative directions from early exploration through fully realized systems • Take ownership of projects and workstreams from concept through delivery • Manage work effectively, anticipate next steps, and ensure details are completed • Present work clearly and confidently to clients • Articulate creative decisions, respond to feedback, and build trust with founders and senior stakeholders • Collaborate with creative leadership, strategists, developers, project managers, and designers • Give thoughtful feedback and contribute actively to critiques • Improve the quality of the studio’s work, creative process, and presentation • Bring new references, ideas, techniques, and perspectives to the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience as a designer, ideally within a strong branding, design, or creative agency environment • Exceptional design craft and taste • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, composition, visual systems, identity work, and digital design • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to turn concepts into cohesive visual systems • High ownership and reliability • Ability to work effectively under pressure and outside a strictly 9–5 mindset • Comfortable presenting work, explaining creative thinking, receiving feedback, and navigating creative conversations professionally • Ability to move fluidly between strategic thinking and detailed execution • Ambitious about craft and curious about design and culture • Required portfolio site URL • Required location information • Must answer employment visa sponsorship question
