📋 Description

• Competent handling of property and/or bodily injury claims in the motor insurance sector • Ensuring high-quality claim handling and compliance with, as well as management of, service level agreements (SLAs) • Assessing coverage and liability • Targeted use of service providers/third-party vendors • Identifying opportunities for subrogation and recovery

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in insurance or an equivalent qualification • At least 1 year of professional experience in claims management at an insurance company • Strong, forward-looking process mindset, especially with a focus on digitizing processes • Strong communication skills • High commitment and a strong degree of initiative • Team- and solution-oriented working style • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
