📋 Description

• Qualified handling of property and personal injury claims, as well as financial losses within the area of commercial motor insurance • Ensuring high-quality claims handling and compliance with, as well as management of, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) • Assessment of coverage and liability • Targeted deployment of service providers • Identifying subrogation/recovery opportunities • Professional written and verbal communication with our B2B clients

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in insurance or an equivalent qualification • Relevant professional experience in claims management within the above-mentioned areas of insurance • Strong, forward-looking process mindset with a particular focus on the digitalization of processes • Strong communication skills • High level of commitment and initiative • Team- and solution-oriented working style • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written • Experience with special-purpose vehicles and transport damage is desirable
