📋 Description

• Post daily cash transactions and coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies • Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of credit card and T&E transactions from Ramp to NetSuite • Maintain prepaid expense schedules and prepare monthly amortization entries • Prepare and record payroll-related journal entries • Assist with general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations • Perform monthly reconciliations of cash, prepaid, credit card, T&E, and payroll accounts • Research and resolve discrepancies promptly • Provide support during internal and external audits • Identify and help implement workflow process improvements • Handle special projects and ad-hoc reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role • Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite highly preferred) • Strong Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets • Experience using T&E platforms (e.g., Ramp) is a plus • Experience using Claude or other AI tools is a plus • Experience working in multinational companies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively • Fluent in English
