📋 Description

• Develop omnichannel digital media campaigns including programmatic DOOH, DOOH tied to in-store campaigns, programmatic display, video, CTV, targeted email, and social campaigns • Use data to differentiate the value of Neptune’s media offerings and deliver on client objectives and strategies • Join client meetings and provide media expertise from discovery through campaign performance • Make data-informed targeting, platform, and channel recommendations • Collaborate with cross-departmental and inter-departmental teams • Maintain campaign documentation across a variety of tools and platforms using project management skills • Communicate effectively and work proactively to ensure an efficient and productive pre-sale phase • Contribute to additional projects supporting company objectives and team success • Work within Neptune’s owned and operated ad tech platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or another business-related field • 2–4 years’ experience in digital media or sales supporting roles • Working knowledge of digital advertising, reporting, and targeting methodologies, especially Programmatic Digital Out of Home • Experience with DSPs, targeting platforms, analytics tools, or other media-related frameworks is a bonus • Advanced Excel skills • Applicants must be able to work for any U.S. employer and not require sponsorship either now or in the future • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superior time management and organizational skills • Ability to problem solve, make quick decisions, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced atmosphere • Adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to work effectively as part of a team
