📋 Description

• Build and manage relationships across Marine Corps units to accelerate drone adoption • Work alongside the BD, Operations, and Strategy teams • Manage inbound customer traffic and quotes • Keep the CRM current • Plan and execute field demonstrations and trade shows • Stay close to Marines flying Neros systems and feed insights back to engineering and BD • Map units, commands, and program offices shaping USMC drone adoption • Conduct demonstrations independently as the role grows • Own outbound customer engagements end to end • Travel to military bases and field locations • Adapt to changing timelines and thrive in a dynamic startup environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in defense business development, military operations, or a customer-facing role • Familiarity with Marine Corps units, culture, and organization, or the curiosity and drive to build it fast • Meticulous attention to detail • Experience planning and executing events • Uncompromising honesty with customers and teammates • Exceptional communication skills with military and civilian stakeholders, from LCpl to General • Willingness to travel frequently to military bases and field locations • Ability to obtain a security clearance
