📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP Concur (Travel & Expense and/or Invoice) platforms • Drive the technical consolidation of disparate finance and expense systems post-merger • Manage complex data migrations, including the reconciliation of historical expense data, in-flight reports, and employee master profiles • Ensure absolute alignment and precision across legal entities, General Ledger (GL) mapping, and employee data feeds • Manage relationships with SAP Concur Deployment Consultants and Professional Services • Partner with business leaders to build, launch, and manage enterprise-wide communication, training frameworks, and super-user networks

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of technical program management experience • Strong understanding of corporate Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable (AP), tax regulations, and audit requirements • Ability to operate strictly during US business hours to support a US-based stakeholder community • Highly polished communication skills tailored for senior steering committee environments • Proven experience merging distinct finance or expense platforms with a focus on data governance and system cutovers • Experience with Workday, Oracle ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and corporate travel booking engines • Expertise in mapping and auditing complex database structures, financial dimensions, and multi-tier approval matrixes • Directly led at least one full-lifecycle SAP Concur rollout, migration, or expansion • Background managing SAP Concur professional services teams to strict delivery timelines • Must be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
