📋 Description

• Provide culinary sales support to Nestlé’s field sales team. • Drive volume growth of Nestlé's iconic brands. • Showcase the value of the Nestlé portfolio through culinary thought leadership. • Establish strong chef to chef relationships with customers and industry partners. • Deliver impactful customer training and demonstrations, including recipes and techniques. • Partner with Broker Sales Reps, Channel Sales Managers, Broker Chefs, and Distributor Sales Reps to drive sales at large local operators.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, food science, or a related field is preferred. • 4–8 years of restaurant or foodservice selling experience required. • 4 years of experience in a culinary selling role (broker, distributor, or food manufacturer). • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards. • Knowledge of marketplace, channel and industry trends, and competitors. • Ability to travel between 40-60%, which will vary depending on where candidate is based.
