📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise client implementations from discovery through deployment and post-launch transition • Facilitate discovery workshops with subject matter experts and requirements sessions • Define scope, dependencies, and timelines • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable delivery plans using Jira and Confluence • Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external vendors • Drive progress and resolve blockers • Manage project budgets, schedules, and dependencies across multiple workstreams • Provide weekly status reports, risk logs, and steering committee updates • Track project health and identify delivery risks, capacity constraints, and cross-program dependencies • Partner with other project managers to align workstreams across major accounts • Contribute to the evolution of nesto’s delivery framework • Partner with product, engineering, operations, and leadership to keep programs efficiently delivered and stakeholders aligned

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Quebec, with preference for candidates in the Greater Montreal area • Fluency in French is required • 7+ years of experience in project management • At least 3 years of experience in SaaS environments • Enterprise SaaS delivery experience is a must • Experience or understanding of non-functional requirements, including monitoring, alerting, high availability, and production/cloud operations • Direct customer interaction experience • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience interfacing with executives, clients, and technical teams • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous programs with many moving parts • Advanced organizational skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools • Knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery models • Ability to pass background, criminal, and reference checks • Nice-to-have: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or other agile PM certifications • Nice-to-have: technical background, ideally engineering or adjacent domain • Nice-to-have: experience with financial institutions, mortgage or lending technology, or regulated B2B environments • Nice-to-have: experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini
