📋 Description

• Make Net at Work an AI-native company across every business unit and shared service department • Lead enablement and redesign workflows around what AI makes possible • Deploy virtual workers with real responsibility and oversight • Build AI capability across the company through role-specific training and champions in every function • Measure adoption through actual use • Establish measurable operating leverage targets, baselines, and Finance-validated results • Develop the internal tool stack, standards, and use-case pipeline • Deliver capacity creation, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and margin gains

🎯 Requirements

• Direct AI implementation experience personally led into production inside a real operating environment; no substitute • Real depth in applied AI, including large language models, agentic workflows, automation, and integration • 10 or more years in operations, transformation, consulting, or technology leadership • Experience owning change across a whole organization rather than one function • Proven process redesign experience: mapping current state, designing improvements, and achieving adoption • Measurable operating results validated by the Finance function • Strong change management skills, including influence without authority • Credibility to bring skeptical departments along • Willingness to work at an aggressive pace • Customer approval may be required for access to customer information, systems, and/or premises • Helpful but not required: professional services or consulting background, ERP or CRM implementation experience, familiarity with EOS, or experience in a private equity backed company
