📋 Description

• Plan and operate overseas gaming communities based on market strategy and game version schedules • Develop and execute community strategies and objectives • Oversee promotional scheduling, publishing, and performance evaluation of game version content • Optimize Discord community functions according to player needs and preferences • Collect and report player feedback and sentiment • Monitor competing products and new releases in the genre

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above • Proficiency in English as a working language • 3+ years of experience operating large overseas gaming communities on Discord • Proven expertise in community and platform management • Ability to develop and implement community strategies • Deep gaming experience with overseas titles • Familiarity with shooter and competitive game genres • Clear insights into player demographics and the gaming industry • Strong communication and execution skills • Collaborative team spirit and sense of responsibility • Proficiency in Chinese is required for daily communication and collaboration with the game development team in China
