📋 Description

• Contributing, maintaining, and expanding critical design component libraries and capabilities supporting hundreds of internal users (React) • Implementing AI solutions, when appropriate, that measurably accelerate product design workflows • Be the engineering lead on projects, working from ideation to implementation to rollout • Conducting internal user-research to gather insights to inform prioritization and feature development • Completing medium to large features independently without guidance • Be the primary point of contact for support requests related to the Design System portfolio • Work with designers and engineers across other teams to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Design System portfolio • Participate in on-call rotation to continue to meet our critical SLAs • Conducting design and code reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping software • Experience with single page applications architecture, patterns, and design • Experience fetching data from GraphQL and REST APIs • Experience with client-side instrumentation and observability • Proven ability to lead projects and clearly and effectively communicate with partners • Strong project scoping and project management skills • Able to design, architect, debug, test, and create well-documented code • Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
