📋 Description

• Provide remote monitoring services supporting patients through home-exercise therapy programs • Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through the technology platform • Give ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside the clinic • Maintain required records and notes while providing remote monitoring • Help improve platform processes and functionality • Organize and manage a caseload efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program • Active PTA license in New York • Tech savvy; comfortable working across EHR, messaging, and scheduling platforms • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions • Strong relationship-building and listening skills • Ability to multitask and manage various types of users • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Empathetic, friendly, and patient-focused • Genuine passion for the user and their experience • Ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm to the workplace • Independent, proactive work style with quick and flexible thinking • Open and inquisitive approach • Passion for health and wellness • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus • Experience in behavioral modification is a plus • Health Coach Certification is a plus
