📋 Description

• Lead complex clinical informatics and healthcare modernization programs supporting Federal agencies. • Manage program governance, strategic planning, budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of clinicians, researchers, technical staff, data scientists, and business stakeholders. • Oversee implementation and optimization of clinical information systems, including Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS), biomedical data platforms, and research administration systems. • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to communicate program performance and operational status. • Support enterprise data governance, interoperability, and clinical data sharing initiatives. • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, healthcare privacy requirements, clinical research standards, and organizational policies. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across government agencies, healthcare organizations, academic institutions, and industry partners. • Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, research administration, and clinical program delivery. • Provide strategic leadership supporting digital transformation, analytics, and healthcare innovation initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience leading clinical informatics, healthcare IT, biomedical research, or clinical operations programs • Experience managing enterprise-level clinical informatics or healthcare modernization initiatives • Experience supporting Federal healthcare agencies or federally funded research programs • Knowledge of clinical research operations, biomedical data management, and healthcare program governance • Experience implementing or managing Clinical Trials Management Systems (CTMS), research administration platforms, or similar enterprise healthcare systems • Experience developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, and operational reporting • Strong program and project management experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
