📋 Description

• Ensure Network180 operates a Customer Services & Grievance system that complies with federal and state requirements • Work under the supervision of the Communications Director • Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm • Travel regionally within Kent County in varying provider settings as required by responsibilities • Provide customer services in diverse communities and bridge language/cultural barriers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, human services, communications, public relations, or related field • Peer Specialist/Recovery Coach certified and/or lived experience with extensive knowledge of the public behavioral health system • At least one year of experience providing customer service, ideally in a behavioral health environment • Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach and active listening skills • Ability to build cross-departmental collaborations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to providing services within diverse communities • Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database management, email, and presentation software • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use • Successful completion of a drug screen as part of the background check process
