📋 Description

• Own backlog strategy and prioritization for a major or complex product area • Lead a small-to-medium cross-functional team through discovery, planning, and delivery • Set standards for high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Serve as an escalation point for complex requirements and dependencies • Coach, mentor, and review the work of Associate Product Owners and Product Owners • Partner with engineering, architecture, and UX to sequence complex initiatives • Engage directly with government clients and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product ownership, product management, or business analysis • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Deep Agile/SDLC proficiency; expert use of JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Figma • Public sector / gov-tech domain experience preferred • Strong grasp of technical components (APIs, Middleware, Services, SQL)
