📋 Description

• Manage project financials, scope, and schedules for assigned client projects • Drive implementations of AI and digital service solutions • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and manage operational project aspects • Facilitate status meetings with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders • Lead kickoff sessions defining outcomes, objectives, success metrics, and measurable goals • Track and report progress against business objectives throughout engagements • Support requirements ownership and ensure requirements are captured, groomed, and traceable through delivery • Create and groom user stories, acceptance criteria, and lead grooming sessions with the Solution Architect • Assist with client presentations during requirements, design, pilot, and UAT sessions • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, coordinate test plans, track defects, and drive resolutions • Coordinate end-user training logistics and contribute to training materials • Plan, initiate, and manage B2B CRM and AI software projects • Coordinate with Solution and Technical Architects to incorporate requirements into design specifications • Serve as Agile Scrum Master and guide the SDLC for systems and product delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation on the Salesforce Platform • Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment • Experience applying Agile approaches to project management • Experience with Salesforce.com as a project manager or Scrum leader • Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting • Experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and presenting functional content directly to client stakeholders • Salesforce or AI delivery/solution experience overseeing blueprint and implementation projects on the platform • Certified Salesforce.com Admin certification with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification • Preferred: hybrid background similar to Solution Architect, Product Owner, Functional/Technical Consultant, or Business Analyst • Preferred: strong presentation and communication skills • Preferred: ability to work cohesively within a team and/or effectively as an individual • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or Management • Professional and confident, with a focus on customer success
