📋 Description

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor on customer data strategy and AI. • Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce Data 360 platform expert. • Lead discovery and architecture of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment between business goals, data models, and AI-driven use cases. • Assess existing data ecosystems to define the optimal Data 360 architecture and migration strategy. • Design scalable, secure data architectures. • Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap. • Tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling. • Coach and mentor junior team members and follow new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role • 5+ years of CRM or data platform industry experience • Ability to drive requirement gathering and lead discovery workshops • Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 as a CDP, Predictive & Generative Capabilities • Familiarity with data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation concepts • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and data flows across disparate systems • Comfortable using flow charting and data-modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
