📋 Description

• Serve as a customer-facing technical architect on the Service Cloud technical team • Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports • Review business reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting and dashboard specifications • Advise business users and technical team members on the best ways to build reports and dashboards • Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support business requirements • Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, and deployment • Establish operations and refresh standards based on a globally aligned data strategy • Collaborate with the broader technical team, customers, and AI team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, specifically within a technical application • End to end project implementation including integrations with other applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics • Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture • Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions • Solid understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure • Hands-on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce • Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect) • Full English proficiency • Ability to travel internationally
