📋 Description

• Evaluate and examine children with neurological complaints and provide diagnoses and care plans addressing diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and other health goals • Review labs and imaging appropriate for patient care • Conduct regular follow-up appointments and adjust medications • Provide chat-based support to patients • Generate educational content for online blogs and the content library • Meet availability targets and scheduling expectations • Maintain timely, accurate, and comprehensive clinical documentation • Complete required handoff forms to ensure continuity of care • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and strong patient experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in Neurology, or board eligibility • Strong clinical skills, including active listening, sound medical judgment, technical proficiency, and effective decision-making • Demonstrated leadership ability and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to care • Alignment with Neura’s culture and values: empathetic, mission-driven, precise, transparent, compassionate, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement • Must be licensed in Florida and have an active DEA • Willingness to obtain and maintain medical licenses in California, New York, and additional states through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), as requested • Must be able to dedicate at least 8 hours of patient-facing availability per week

🏖️ Benefits

• Neura will cover the cost of obtaining additional state medical licenses • One-time payment equivalent to four (4) hours of compensation for completion of additional state licensure paperwork, if completed within one (1) week of request • $500 annual CME stipend after 6 months of work
