📋 Description

• Interact with key opinion leaders and healthcare decision makers in psychiatry and neurology • Help advance the scientific platform • Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research • Deliver clinical and pharmaco-economic presentations to payers • Train faculty for the speaker’s bureau • Serve as a resource for medical and scientific inquiries • Represent the company at patient advocacy, professional society, and other meetings • Establish peer-to-peer and science-based relationships with KOLs and healthcare decision makers • Deliver fair, balanced, and credible medical and scientific presentations • Participate in conferences and meetings as a scientific expert • Serve as a scientific resource for KOLs and internal personnel • Obtain KOL insights to guide educational efforts • Compile and interpret data from congress presentations, KOL interactions, and posters to provide clinical insights • Perform responsibilities according to FDA guidelines, healthcare compliance requirements, SOPs, and pharmaceutical industry best practices • Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD or PhD in a health science field AND 4+ years of previous work experience in an equivalent field-based position is required, with 2+ years experience in the CNS therapeutic area preferred OR MD/DO Degree AND 2+ years of related experience • Must live in the territory covering Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and Wisconsin • Ideal candidate will live in the Chicago area, close to a major airport • Expertise in Psychiatry/Neurology • Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams • Leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent computer skills • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills • Ability to meet multiple deadlines across varied projects/programs with accuracy and efficiency • Excellent project management and project leadership skills • Must be motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable in team and individual contributor roles • Excellent communicator and skilled diplomat, able to combine scientific knowledge and communication skills • Proficient in territory management and execution of scientific leader communication plans • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and collaborators • Proven ability to meet individual goals and continuously improve relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and regulatory trends impacting field medical • Solid understanding of drug development and product life-cycle management preferred
